Great staff, always helpful and accommodating. the location is fantastic, with two metro stations nearby and a turibus stop in the area. It was convenient for getting around the city. the hostel had a cozy and homey atmosphere that made me feel welcome.

The location might not be ideal for first-time visitors to the city, as it required some travel to reach popular tourist spots like Bella Artes or the Historic Center. despite the distance, the area surrounding the hostel was quiet and safe.

The staff at Hostal Be Condesa went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were always friendly and helpful. I felt at home in the cozy atmosphere and enjoyed the secure surroundings. With two nearby metro stations and a turibus stop, the location was excellent. I highly recommend this hostel for a great experience.

exceeded my expectations. helpful and friendly staff. comfortable beds and daily fresh towels and toiletries. came with free breakfast and use of desktop computers. definitely the nicest hostel I've stayed in.

No hot water in one shower.
